Feedback and Comments about Maui Classic Charters and the Four Winds II and Maui Magic.

There is just no other experience like this in Hawaii! We have traveled to all the islands, over the years, and have done so many things. I thought we had done it all, until we took your "Dolphin Discovery" on the Maui Magic!

You should rename your trip to Dolphins Galore!!! We saw so many of them and they were so close to the boat too. To see them riding the bow of the boat was just so cool. We got lots of pictures. I sent you a few... hope ya like 'em! We loved your trip! Thanks!

I cannot express what pleasure my wife and I experienced on the Four Winds Molokini trip. We have now been on the trip several times and it really feels like family every time. Actually we enjoy ourselves more each time. Capt. John and his crew keep us in high spirits from start to finish. What fun! We'll be back soon.

Kudos and thanks to Captain Tom and his crew who sailed the morning Molokini trip on the Four Winds on June 23rd. We were aboard and were thoroughly impressed with the Four Winds operation. We agreed that our sail with you was the highlight of our trip!

The boat was comfortable -- roomy and convenient. The food was tasty and plentiful. The crew was outstanding -- informative, fun, easy going. We were especially taken with their casual interaction with the group onboard and of their interest in the children. Having been lucky enough to catch a tuna on our journey back to ther harbor, the crew was very accommodating to kids and parents by letting them be photographed with the catch. What a glorious morning in paradise! We sailed, caught the sun, snorkeled and enjoyed the easy atmosphere all the while.

Since we have returned home, we've referred the Four Winds II to several friends, some of whom had traveled on other carriers for the Molokini trip in the past and had no where near the experience we did. When we're back on Maui, we'll be booking with you again!

Dear Captain John and Crew,

I'm writing to thank you all for the seemingly miraculous recovery of the set of teeth I lost at Molokini. The trouble taken to firstly find the drowned denture and then to locate its owner is of the first magnitude and mightily appreciated. I have been busy in the past week extolling to all who would listen the efficiency, kindness and care of everyone associated with the "Four Winds", and intend to dine out on the story in Australia for many years.

Special heartfelt thanks go to the diver and the other staff who persevered with the search both during and after my snorkeling trip and to the lovely ladies in your Kihei office for the many telephone calls made to locate me and to let me know that what was missing had been found.

My fiance and I had such an enjoyable trip on the Four Winds II yesterday in Maui (Sunday, Feb. 23, morning trip) that I felt compelled to write and thank you for your impeccable service and the great attitude of your crew members. I'm sure your company charters numerous boatloads of people a week, and although I can't speak for anyone else, I have to say we were impressed they are able to keep their positive attitudes. We were so happy with how we were treated and how we saw others treated that we will definitely be recommending you to all of our friends who visit Maui. We were directed to your company by the book "Maui Revealed," who spoke so highly of you there was no doubt in our minds about which boat to charter. I can't remember another time when I've enjoyed something so much I've actually felt the need to write and say thank you, but our experience was so great I just had to.

There were so many little details that I noticed that I could hardly list all of them, but the ones that stood out were the crew's attention to cleanliness, uncontrived friendliness and patience to all of the passengers (I could go on and on about how impressed we were with their kindness and attention to a passenger who was bound to a wheelchair but was able to get out of it to enjoy some snorkeling), crew members who actually CONCOCTED a ginger remedy to help with seasickness (with minced ginger!), the quality and quantity of the food.... and on and on. We honestly could not find one negative aspect to the service of the boat and its crew members. It was by far the best part of an already terrific trip to Maui! Believe me, I'm not someone who praises things easily; by nature of my profession I'm pretty critical.

Thank you so much for a wonderful trip. It was well worth the amount we paid, and we went home with a great memory of our trip that we'll even have on videotape (which we hadn't even planned to purchase - but we are glad we did)!

Capt. John was the greatest! The whole crew was wonderful. Very Friendly and helpful. This was the first time I have ever snorkeled and they really made it easy. BBQ burgers were the best! We all had a GREAT time. Will do it again our next trip.

I was on Maui about 4 weeks ago. My friends and I went on the AM Maui Magic snorkel tour and had a wonderful time. Capitan Brennan, Smilin' Bob and Dan made the trip an unforgettable experience. They were all very gracious, funny, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a great way to see some of Maui's beautiful sights. The ship was comfortable and I really liked the fact that there were not as many people on the trip as some of the other charter tours seem to have.

I especially enjoyed the music that was played on the trip. I was hoping that I could get a listing of the songs that were being played. I remember some of them but I'd like to put together my own compilation to put with my Hawaii photo slide show. Would it be possible to email me such a list? I would greatly appreciate it.
